Hips Pop and Drop

A 13-year-old female softball player presents to the emergency department with left hip pain. She reports her pain started while she was running to first base. She has significant pain with walking or trying to bear weight. The exam is remarkable for point tenderness over the left pelvis but she is neurovascularly intact.
